Wood Coatings Color System for interior & exterior use

Our new color system provides you with a complete system: tinting machines for interior and exterior waterborne and solventborne wood coatings, software, spectrophotometer, mixer, and service. It is based on two series of colorants and different series of base paints. Our AkzoNobel Wood Coatings Color System is specially designed to obtain the best flexibility of use and to fit your needs. And the best part is: you can use the same tinting machines for most products of the AkzoNobel Wood Coatings product portfolio in Europe.

Your advantages with the new AkzoNobel Wood Coatings Color System:

• The colorants can be used with most AkzoNobel Wood Coatings products designed for distribution, both solventborne and waterborne, for interior and exterior use.
• Our tinting machine is easy to handle (plug and play installation) and will entirely meet your requirements.
• AkzoNobel’s standard collection includes RAL, NCS, Sikkens 4041, and 5051 and thus provides a wide range of colors. Plus we are able to combine these colors to absolute individual shades with the spectro-photometer, which is controlled via software.
• The software produces very accurate first formulations by analyzing all standard formulas from our constantly updated database.

Our new system is of a very high quality not least because of our quality control department checking every batch of the bases and colorants to guarantee a very high reproducibility of colors. Our laboratories closely cooperate to provide our customers with quick answers.
